Warranty and returns

In the case of finding a deficiency in the goods purchased from us, please contact your nearest Norman-Optika store as soon as possible or e-mail info@normanoptika.ee.

If you have used the purchased good in the regular manner and maintained the goods properly, but a deficiency appears, you have a right to file a claim within 2 years from the date of making the purchase, if it can be presumed that the defect in question was caused by the manufacturer. Norman-Optika is not liable for the normal wear and tear of products in the case of regular use. All problems are solved by agreement between the seller and the buyer.

Norman-Optika is not liable for the normal wear and tear of products in the case of regular use. If an agreement is not reached, it is possible to turn to place a complaint on internet based platform (ODR platform - http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).

The consumer must use and maintain the product properly. Memos for spectacle wearers and contact lense wearers are available here and on the back of your invoice.

There is no warranty:

  • in the case of installing lenses into the customer’s frames; 
  • for lenses ordered through the e-store, which do not match your prescription;
  • for one-day contact lenses. In the case of any other lenses, the defect must be detected when wearing for the first time. For the warranty to remain valid, the customer must still have the blister packaging.

Returning/replacement of products

In case the consumer has bought items from our online shop, the consumer has a right to return the goods or have them replaced with another product within 14 days from the date on which the goods were delivered. Returned goods must be undamaged and packed in original packaging. The expenses accompanying returning of goods are covered by the buyer. In the case of returning goods, the seller shall return to the buyer the amount paid for the goods by transfer to a bank account specified by the buyer within 14 calendar days from the date on which the goods were returned to the seller at the latest.

Spectacle lenses are not compensated for, as they are ground for your frames according to your prescription!
